Starting off our trip to Saskatoon right with a swim! It was also a chance to test out our underwater camera for the first time! So fun!
One of the BEST Relief Society March parties I have been to. The theme was "Journey to a Stake of Promise" and we were passengers on ships. I designed the invites to look like old ship tickets, and also participated in a skit with some fun ladies. Loved it all.
BB and I were lucky enough to join the Cuellars for "K's" 8th birthday party. We saw the fun movie "The Croods" and loved it - very touching! It was even more fun with a bunch of cute little girls laughing and giggling together like only little girls can :)
Had the privilege to have these two young men over for a visit. They are in Canada, from China, going to school in an engineering program, and once we met (at church) and let them know that our Brother lives in China, we struck up a conversation. It was a great visit, and I hope we get to visit again, soon!
Time for a fun mother-daughter makeover! We loved our Mary Kay makeover and felt like new women afterward. It was a great way for TJ to get her first taste of make-up before being able to wear it when she's 13!
The second half of the girls treat for great report cards was going to see "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" at the Imax theater! It was late and a little boring for the little girls, but a fantastic flick. We didn't see it on Sunday, but late Saturday night may as well count for March 10th, right?
A little bit of imaginative play in the grass - inside our kitchen! The outside world is covered in over 6 feet of snow, but the little patch of grass in a tupperware container that we are growing for our rabbits will do in a pinch~!
It was B's night to pick dinner, and she immediately went with salmon. She has always gone against the grain in most ways, and her taste in food is no different! She also had a little raw hunk of the fish before we dressed and baked the rest. Nice.
