Happy new year!!
We were so pleased to take in the 50th anniversary of the Nativity pageant put on by the LDS church members in Calgary. I remember being in the pageant, as a youth, and it has been a tradition to go every Christmas. It was amazing to see it again, after having missed it for the past few years when we were in Saskatchewan. It truly felt like Christmas, again!
We arrived in The Hat today and were met with a fabulous meal and warm beds at the Ghemlichs house. This will be home for the next three nights. It was so nice to be so welcomed and well taken care of!
I'm so grateful we were able to still be in Regina for the ward Christmas Party. It was one last chance to really enjoy some time with our good friends there. Oh, and enjoy an amazing meal, too!
One last movie night with her bffs before the big MOVE! We saw "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" and it was AMAZING! We are grateful for social media and technology that will allow these girlies to keep in touch - a Province away.
Spent some time watching a few segments of Becky Higgins' awesome course on Creativelive.com - all about my fave, PROJECT LIFE! During one segment, I was pleasantly surprised to see MY picture and excerpt from my email displayed on the big screen. I <3 Project Life!
It seems like our kids have so much homework at their age! Our two eldest have really been having a rough go of the new online math homework program - thank heavens for a daddy who is great a math and can help with that awful amount of homework!
